Training Rules

  1. You will be punctual to our sessions - or pay dearly.
  2. You will make our training sessions a PRIORITY. Outside of work (and there's a limit to that) nothing comes before your workouts. THEY ARE MANDATORY AND THIS INCLUDES THE DAYS WE ARE NOT TRAINING TOGETHER.
  3. You will NOT train when you are sick. The body needs that time to recover and heal itself and we will honor that process.
  4. You will do everything in your power to get EIGHT hours of sleep.
  5. Your favorite foods will be limited to ONCE A MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS. Those are the rules! Follow these and you and I will get along fine!!
