Training Rules
- You will be punctual to our sessions - or pay dearly.
- You will make our training sessions a PRIORITY. Outside of work (and there's a limit to that) nothing comes before your workouts. THEY ARE MANDATORY AND THIS INCLUDES THE DAYS WE ARE NOT TRAINING TOGETHER.
- You will NOT train when you are sick. The body needs that time to recover and heal itself and we will honor that process.
- You will do everything in your power to get EIGHT hours of sleep.
- Your favorite foods will be limited to ONCE A MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS. Those are the rules! Follow these and you and I will get along fine!!
