Many of you have been asking for a new challenge, so here it is! ARE YOU READY?!!
To properly prepare – get rid of the garbage in your kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and freezer and go shopping for the foods listed below.. NOW LET’S DO THIS!!
We are going to eliminate white sugar/flour and alcoholic beverages for the next six weeks. You will only eat protein, fruit, vegetables and salads. If it is not an allowed fruit, protein or vegetable you may not eat it.
Avoid white sugar including diet sugars such as equal or nutrasweet found in diet sodas and crystal light type drinks.
Avoid all fruits EXCEPT: apples, grapefruit, oranges, pears or berries.
Avoid all starches including breads, rice, pasta, cookies, etc.
NO FAST FOOD!
NO Alcoholic beverages – ESPECIALLY BEER (sorry beer lovers)
NO TURKEY, PORK OR LAMB
NO PEAS, CORN, CARROTS, POTATOES OR MUSHROOMS
NO PRE-MADE SALAD DRESSING except vinegar and oil. Spray dressing is permitted as well as Bragg’s Liquid Amino spray.
NO FRUIT JUICE!!
Try to eat organic foods to minimize the amount of chemicals and preservatives consumed during the challenge.
Replace your alcoholic beverages with sparkling mineral water(perrier) and lemon (looks like a gin & tonic!).
You can have as much coffee, green tea, yerba mate tea, woo-long or herbal tea as desired.
Replace your sugar with Stevia or Truvia if you must have sugar in your coffee. You may also use a small amount of half&half in your coffee or tea.
Don’t bother counting calories

Seasonings: Lemon, pepper, Thyme, Sea salt, Garlic, Basil, Parsley, any organic herb, raw organic apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, ume plum vinegar, herbamare celery salt
Teas: Black, Green, Oolong, Yerba mate, Chamomile, any herbal.
WATER: DRINK 1/2 TO 1 GALLON DAILY
Eat 5-6 meals a day. Have two additional fruits – one after lunch and one after dinner.
Exercise a MINIMUM of 20 mins a day for cardio.
